By subscribing you accept the Terms of Service and ask for access to start immediately — which ends your 14-day right to withdraw once it has.
Before you decide
- What happens to my charts if I move to a smaller plan?
- Nothing is deleted. Every chart stays readable and editable; you simply cannot save new ones until you are back under the limit. A downgrade also waits for the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep what you bought.
- How do I cancel?
- One button on your billing page, at any time. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, nothing further is charged, and you can undo it for free before that date.
- Do you refund?
- Within 14 days of a payment, if you have used no more than one AI reading in that period, there is a refund button on your billing page — no email thread. It ends the subscription immediately, which is the trade. Outside that, cancelling stops the next charge but does not refund the current period.
- What if my card fails?
- Your plan keeps working. We email you and try the card again over the next three days; only if the last attempt fails does the account drop to the free tier. Nothing is deleted when it does.
- Why is my price shown in this currency?
- Ukrainian visitors are quoted in hryvnia at a Ukrainian price; everyone else in dollars. Whichever you subscribe in is fixed for the life of the subscription, so moving country never re-prices you.
- Can the price change after I subscribe?
- Not for you. The price you signed up at is stored with your subscription and charged from there. If we ever change what new subscribers pay, we tell existing ones by email before it could affect them, and you can cancel instead.
